Tyler St. is an east-west route that runs from Hendrix College westward until it merges with Padgett Road in a 90-degree turn. It sees a lot of bicycle use. It is less-traveled than Prince St. but it is also narrower so it can be scary at times. At the time of this writing Tyler is under construction west of Hogan Ln. Much of that section of road is currently unpaved and you may encounter impassable areas. You can usually get around these obstacles by using the neighborhood streets. The finished product will include 6' bike lanes in both directions. |
