Dave Ward Drive is treated like a freeway by most drivers around town, especially between Interstate 40 and Hogan Road. That section should be avoided by cyclists if possible. Past these areas Dave Ward Drive is known as Highway 286, 60, or 65; on these stretches the road narrows and traffic lessens greatly. |
